Who We Are

Windham Law, PLLC ("Windham Law," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 1606, Wilson, NC 27894. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us at vetsupport1@windham-law.com or 252-499-0822.

Information We Collect

When you complete our intake form or contact us directly, we may collect information you provide, which can include your name, contact information, military service history, and details about your VA disability claim or condition — including sensitive information related to physical or mental health.

Our intake form is hosted through Google Forms. When you submit information through that form, it is also subject to Google's own privacy practices in addition to ours.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your potential case, communicate with you about your claim, and provide legal representation if we are retained. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Attorney-Client Privilege

Information you share with us in connection with seeking legal representation may be protected by attorney-client privilege. Submitting the intake form does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship; that relationship begins only when we have agreed to represent you.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses cookies to support basic site functionality and to understand how visitors use our site (via analytics tools). You'll see a cookie consent banner when you first visit, where you can manage your preferences.

We use analytics tools to see general traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited) — this data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites, including the VA's official website and our Facebook page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

Your Rights

You may request to review, correct, or request deletion of personal information you've submitted to us by contacting us directly at vetsupport1@windham-law.com. Note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal, ethical, or administrative record-keeping obligations related to legal representation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
